Transnation, Gray
win chamber awards by Brian Womack NAMPA -- Transnation Title & Escrow and Michael Gray, owner of MTG Enterprizes were honored by the Nampa Chamber of Commerce. Transnation received the business of the month award. After starting in January of 1997 with two employees, it now has 23 and two locations, including one in Caldwell. Craig Lindquist, sales manager of Transnation, said the company has many employees who volunteer as well at agencies that include 4-H and United Way. The Caldwell location is at 714 Cleveland Blvd. 459-8018. The Nampa location is at 847 Parkcentre Way, Suite #3, 466-6422. Gray won the Radar O'Reilly Award for Outstanding Volunteerism. He started the petition to create a local calling area between Nampa and Boise. He is the charter vice president of the Nampa Optimist Club, which reaches out to youth. He serves on the chamber's economic development committee. He also donated used computers to Syringa House, a home for troubled girls. MTG Enterprizes is at 511 9th Ave. N. 467-6236. |
